Abstract: This paper documents shifting the balance of power in Iran, between the real and virtual space (Internet) as for actor's identity in both spaces. It is important to note that as respects the world is undergoing changes in terms of the geocultural configuration of global communication today, images of identity continue to affect contemporary power relations in society. Therefore, the examination of the power balances of Iranian peoples (in this field there are all types of traditional, modernity (based on state-nation) and post-modern power relations),  becomes of extreme scholarly importance.

In order to explanation of shifting power and tracing together (virtual and real space) I apply three bases in my discussion: 1) enter- logic status, 2) the impressionability position, and 3) enter-connection condition.

Epistemologically and phenomenologically, standards of actions in virtual space are different from real space. In virtual space, these standards are growth from reproduction and changing values of this space. As for quadric types of Weberian actions, in this space, "goals" and "aims" are indicate with different logics, that argument for those is possible only with assign to the values of this space.

So, reproduction and changing values, afford "communicative actions". Because in communicative actions, the activity of actors are coordinated not only with selfish achievement computation, but also with act of intent attainments. "The actors seek to reach an understanding about the action situation and their plans of action in order to coordinate their actions by way of agreement … A type of interaction that is coordinated through speech acts and does not coincide with them" (Habermas,1987).

Therefore, as different structure in duple spaces, power relations in virtual space between Iranian users as for respects on reproduction values in this space, not only isn’t extend of  power relations in social space, rather  extrapolate that in arrival to virtual space, we can see shifting power in different composition of population (for example in age and gender variables). And it is more important that experience of virtual space, can traced on power relations in society. Gender composition of Iranian students shown changes: from 12% women and 88% men in 1958 to 65% women and 35% men in 2006.

In addition, so I discovered in my research and propound in this paper, Iranian virtual spaces, is different from other samples. One side of my discussion in this paper is in demonstrating of these differences.

This study found that, power balance in the real space in Iran, has changed by new relations of power in virtual space. Age, gender and class as the three of more important effective variables to study of power relations in traditional society, has unshaped in later years.
